Lockr Labs LLC (“Lockr Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use:
- the GoPedl mobile app;
- the Lockr Labs website;
- smart-lock access systems;
- and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect

Account Information

- phone number;
- account credentials;
- and profile information.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Lockr Labs does not store complete payment card numbers.
Location Information

- lock interaction locations;
- and device location data.
Location data may be collected:
- while the app is in use;
- during rentals;
- and during lock interactions.
Device and Usage Data
We may collect:

Rental and Operational Data

- reservation history;
- rental history;
- lock activity;

2. How We Use Information

- enable lock access;

- support Operators;
- provide customer support;
- improve Platform functionality;
- prevent fraud;
- investigate theft;
- locate assets;
- comply with legal obligations;
- and enforce agreements.

- Operators;
- payment processors;
- cloud hosting providers;
- analytics providers;
- customer support providers;
- law enforcement where legally required;
- and professional advisors.
We do not sell personal information for advertising purposes.
4. Location Data
Location information may be used for:
- rental functionality;
- asset tracking;
- theft investigation;
- operational analytics;
- and fraud prevention.
You may disable location permissions through device settings, but portions of the Platform may not function properly.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security purposes.
If you delete your account:
- personal account information is generally deleted or anonymized within approximately 90 days;
- certain residual copies may temporarily remain in backups or archived systems;
- and certain financial, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Aggregated or anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:
- Stripe;
- mapping providers;
- analytics providers;
- mobile operating systems;
- and cloud infrastructure providers.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 13.
9. Your Rights
